Some great news… and some ridiculousness as well…

I was at the Mass Indie Film Festival where my feature film “Teacher of the Year” was a finalist. I got the schedule mixed up and was across the street eating a taco when they announced at the closing ceremony that my film had won the award for Outstanding Experimental Feature Film.

When I returned to the ballroom and everyone was celebrating, Skip Shea, the founder of the festival, came up and told me that when he read my name he said “Where is Jim? I saw him 20 minutes ago!”

I obviously need Rob to accompany me everywhere to make sure these things don’t happen. (He was back in Truro putting his magazine to bed.)
